Director of Marketing
Meet Miranda Palmer, the Director of Marketing at Fort Smith ER & Hospital. Born and raised in Poteau, Southeast Oklahoma. Miranda received her Associate of Applied Science-Radiologic Technology degree from Carl Albert State College and a Bachelor of Science degree from The University of Arkansas Fort Smith. In addition to medical education, Miranda has a strong passion and love for marketing.
In her time off work, she spends time with her husband and beautiful twin girls – the Twincesses. Miranda enjoys bike riding, watching her husband race at dirt tracks around the region, and cheering on her softball player and cheerleader at every opportunity. She loves helping people receive the best possible healthcare and spends ample time volunteering at her home church.
