Emergency Physician
Meet Dr. Steven Williams, physician-owner and emergency medicine physician at Fort Smith ER & Hospital. Dr. Williams holds over two decades of experience in emergency medicine.
Originally from Oklahoma, he completed his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology at Northeastern State University. Then he completed his Doctorate in Osteopathic Medicine from Oklahoma State University and his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Michigan State University. Also, he is a long time fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. In his tenure, he has practiced emergency medicine in Missouri, Arkansas, and Oklahoma.
In addition, Dr. Williams has over twenty years of service in the US Army, Army Reserves and Army National Guard.
Currently, he and his wife live on a farm in Southwest Missouri and have four children.
